Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers and onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the cooked sausage to a large mixing bowl.
  4. In the same bowl, add eggs, milk, cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  5. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  6. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil and pour the mixture in.
