Ingredients

  • 5 grams paprika
  • 5 grams garlic powder
  • 15 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
  • 200 grams cooked rice
  • 410 grams canned diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 450 grams ground beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until transparent.
  3. Once the beef is browned, add the cabbage, diced tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic powder; stir well to combine.
  4. Let the mixture cook on low for about five minutes.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Slide it into the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cabbage softens.
  7. After baking, let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, finely chop the onion and consider adding spices like cumin or chili powder.
