Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Set aside.
  2. Make the gelatin mixture: In a saucepan, combine water and gelatin powder. Heat over medium until dissolved, stirring continuously.
  3. Sweeten the gelatin: Add sugar to the warm mixture, stirring until dissolved. Allow it to cool.
  4. Combine strawberries and gelatin: Gently fold sliced strawberries into the cooled gelatin mixture.
  5. Fill the crust: Pour the strawberry mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill the pie: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Slice and serve chilled, enjoying the fresh aroma and taste.

Notes
