  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
  • 45 grams red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 75 grams broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes until it becomes smooth and aerated.
  2. Gradually incorporate the ranch seasoning mix into the cream cheese, mixing for an additional minute.
  3. Gently fold in the diced carrot, diced red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and chopped green onions with a rubber spatula.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
